Manage your stamina. I recommend sprinting right after you enter a new room.
And sorry for the clunky movement, If that's what you mean.

Super awesome concept with a good execution but i feel like there should be a way to get out of blocks if you cant jump over them

Currently you can pause the game and restart though I see what you mean. I tried to come up with some logical way to escape if this happens but decided for the simplicity of the game that it was best to have it end the run. Maybe I should add a reset button on screen though.
